By subscribing to a membership at Life Force Hub, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Membership Overview
1.1 Membership Packages
Tier 1 — £44 per month

Tier 2 — £77 per month
- Access to 6 classes per month
- Priority booking for classes
- 15% discount on additional classes, sessions, and workshops
- Monthly wellness newsletters with wellbeing tips and resources
Tier 3 — £99 per month
- Access to 8 classes per month
- Priority booking for classes and sessions
- 20% discount on additional classes, sessions, and workshops
- Invitations to selected member-only events and workshops
- Monthly wellness newsletters
VIP Membership — £120 per month
- Access to 12 classes per month
- Priority booking for classes and sessions
- 25% discount on additional sessions, courses, and workshops
- Invitations to exclusive member events, retreats, and workshops

1.2 Billing Cycle
All memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment must be made in advance for the upcoming month.
1.3 Credit Terms
A one-month credit is applied upfront for all new members.

Breathwork sessions may involve altered breathing patterns, emotional release, and deep relaxation states.
Safety Guidance for Facilities
Participants using sauna or cold water dipping facilities must follow all guidance provided by Life Force Hub staff.
Participants must:
- Bring two towels (one for sauna seating and one for drying)
- Remove jewellery before entering the sauna or cold water
- Stay hydrated before and after participation
- Exit the sauna or cold water immediately if experiencing dizziness, nausea, or discomfort
Participation in contrast therapy is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
Contraindications and Health Considerations
Certain activities — particularly breathwork, sauna use, and cold water immersion — may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including but not limited to:
- Cardiovascular disease or heart conditions
- High or unstable blood pressure
- Aneurysm
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Bipolar disorder or severe psychiatric conditions
- Glaucoma
- Osteoporosis
- Recent surgery or injury
- Pregnancy
- Respiratory conditions requiring medical supervision
This list is not exhaustive. Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to participate safely. If unsure, members should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Booking and Attendance
5.1 Class Booking
Members are encouraged to book classes in advance to ensure availability. Where applicable, booking priority will be given based on membership level.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
Classes or sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be deducted from the member's monthly class allowance.
5.3 Non-Transferable
Membership benefits, including class passes and discounts, are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
Ignite The Fire Within Program
Ignite The Fire Within is a 9-month transformational program offered through Life Force Hub. By enrolling, participants agree that:
- The program represents a 9-month commitment
- If a participant chooses to leave or discontinue the program before completion, the full program fee remains payable
Early withdrawal does not cancel or reduce the financial commitment to the program. This ensures the sustainability of the program structure and the resources allocated to each participant.
Refund and Termination Policy
7.1 Refund Policy
Membership fees and payments for sessions, courses, or programs are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Life Force Hub.
7.2 Membership Termination
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any class, session, workshop, breathwork experience, sauna use, or cold water dipping activity, members acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. Members agree to release Life Force Energies Ltd / Life Force Hub, its staff, and practitioners from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

Activities offered by Life Force Energies Ltd / Life Force Hub are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Members are responsible for consulting their physician or healthcare provider before engaging in any activities, especially if they have existing medical conditions.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat staff, practitioners, and fellow members with respect and consideration. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of membership without refund.
Membership Renewal and Upgrades
Memberships automatically renew on the 1st of each month unless cancelled. Members may upgrade their membership at any time by contacting Life Force Hub.
